Overview
The Surfer is a Special Customer in My Restaurant. He has a 5% chance to spawn on a Wave Chair or a Surfboard Table, and a 20% chance when both are combined.
He will always order the "Seafood Paella" and pay 21,520 
Cash (40x) without any external multipliers.
At most, he will pay 2,065,920 Cash with Double Profits (x2), Hyper Plate (x4), Golden Christmas Tree (x4), and the Moai Statue (x3).
The chance of him spawning can be increased with the Ukulele Display Case. The Moai Statue will increase the chance of him paying 3x the price.
Appearance
The Surfer wears a white and blue shirt, revealing his abs. He wears blue shorts. He has black, wavy hair and a surfboard on his back.
Trivia
- The description in the game says: only orders Pro prestige dishes. But no matter what level the player has reached: This customer always orders only the Seafood Paella.
- In the Exclusive shop menu, under "Boosts" you can send a Surfer Customer to your restaurant for 90
